HOSPITAL STAY

In Hospital 1 Day

DRESSINGS

Bandages

  • then replace with cutifilm and tubigrip
 

2 Days

Appointment for Suture Removal 10 Days

MOBILISATION

Elevate foot 3 Days
Crutches 3–7 Days
Partial weight bearing 1 Week
Walking freely ~2–3 Weeks

WORK / DRIVING

NO driving 10 Days

RECOVERY

Foot remains swollen
Final result
8 Weeks
12 Weeks

Take regular analgesia 4–6 hourly throughout Post-Operative period (14 days).

Take 2 Panadol 1 hour before Post Op visit.
